This effect can occur once every 20 seconds and scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds and the damage scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. Standing within the ring grants you 300 Spell Damage or 300 Weapon Damage. (2 items) When you deal damage, you create either a 10m ring of fire or a ring of molten earth around you for 10 seconds, which deals 90 Flame Damage or 90 Physical Damage every 1 second. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds and scales off the higher of your Max Magicka or Stamina. (2 items) When you use a heal ability, you have a 33% chance to summon a strangler sapling that heals you or an ally for 6989 Health over 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds. (2 items) When you take damage, you have a 6% chance to generate 13 Ultimate and increase your Physical and Spell Resistance by 3731 for 5 seconds. (2 items) When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon Damage and Spell Damage equal to the amount of Ultimate spent, and Physical and Spell Penetration equal to 23 times the amount spent for 12 seconds. This system should alleviate some of the RNG frustration with loot drops and get you closer to completing your set collection.Īn Item Set Collection Summary Page has also been added to the Item Set Collections UI ("Sticker Book") to compliment the curation system. With the vast amounts of Set Items available in ESO, this system aims to make engaging in specific content for specific rewards more rewarding the more times it is completed.
